As my final product in Independent Research, an advanced-level research course, I designed and distributed a cookbook comprised of recipes from family and friends. Along with the recipes, interviewees shared a story or reasoning behind the dish's significance. With this cookbook, I aimed to unite my audience and share food's impact on our emotions and health.
